Criteria
If you are a veterinary practice, clinic or hospital you may be eligible.
After you fill out our brief online application, we'll verify with your state licensing authority that you have a current license to practice veterinary medicine. If we're unable to secure this information, we'll contact you to request a copy of your license.
Member veterinarians agree to extend a minimum 10% courtesy reduction in all service fees to our member Patriots.
