About Arizona Humane Society

Arizona Humane Society offers dog and cat adoptions to Phoenix area veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots.

In addition to companion pet adoptions, the shelter operates the largest shelter-based trauma center in the Southwest. It features a foster program for pets of deployed military and those affected by domestic violence. Arizona Humane Society operates two public wellness clinics for low-cost spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations and microchipping, a mobile clinic that travels throughout the Valley. Individuals with a valid military ID or DD214 receive a 10% discount on clinic service fees.

Arizona Humane Society welcomes monetary and in-kind donations; see their complete wish list for details. For a more hands on experience become one of their valued volunteers or fosters.
