About Pennsylvania SPCA Philadelphia

Pennsylvania SPCA offers dog and cat adoptions to veterans in partnership with Pets for Patriots. The organization serves various communities through locations in Philadelphia, Lancaster, and Danville.

In addition to pet adoption, Pennsylvania SPCA operates a publicly available, low-cost spay/neuter and vaccine clinic. It offers humane education services, enforces state and local animal-related laws, and investigates animal cruelty and neglect complaints.

Pennsylvania SPCA welcomes monetary donations, as well as in-kind contributions of various pet-related and office supplies. For a more hands on experience, become one of their valued volunteers or pet fosters.
