About Second Chances Dalmatian Rescue

Adoptions available in Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, New York and Virginia
Second Chances Dalmatian Rescue offers Dalmatian dog adoptions to Pets for Patriots member Patriots across ten states. Founded in 2004, the all-volunteer, shelter-less rescue saves abused, abandoned, unwanted and homeless Dalmatians, including those at greatest risk of being killed in area shelters. All dogs in the care of Second Chances Dalmatian Rescue live in foster homes, where they are evaluated and socialized prior to adoption.

Second Chances Dalmatian Rescue is an all-volunteer, shelter-less organization. It is committed to responsible pet ownership through the promotion of spay/neuter programs and community education. The group offers various informational resources about the Dalmatian breed, how to introduce a new dog to existing family pets and ways to promote a safe, healthy bond between pets and people. Second Chances Dalmatian Rescue will help coordinate transportation for all dogs adopted through the organization.

Second Chances Dalmatian Rescue accepts monetary donations, in addition to various pet and office supplies; see their complete wish list for details. For a more hands on experience, consider becoming a volunteer pet foster.
