Good Shepherd Humane Society offers cat and dog adoptions to Carroll County veterans. The shelter partners with Pets for Patriots as a benefit to veterans and to save more animals’ lives.

In addition to adoptions, the shelter has a low cost spay/neuter and vaccine clinic. Good Shepherd Humane Society provides humane education services and community outreach as well.
