Pickaway County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center partners with Pets for Patriots to help families of fallen service members and veterans adopt companion dogs.
In addition to adoption, the shelter provides dog licensing and humane education to the community. Pickaway County Dog Shelter investigates animal cruelty and neglect complaints and enforces state and local animal-related laws.
Pickaway County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center accepts both in-kind and financial donations. A full wish list is available for those who want to give. For a more hands-on experience become one of their valued volunteers or fosters.
