About Baltimore County Animal Services

Baltimore County Animal Services offers dog and cat adoptions to Baltimore area veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots.

The shelter provides a range of services as part of its commitment to the communities it serves. In addition to pet adoption, the Baltimore County Animal Services provides licensing, humane law enforcement, cruelty investigations, and lost/found pet services. The organization holds weekly rabies and microchipping clinics by appointment, and offers a low-cost spay/neuter program for all Baltimore County residents with eligible pets.
