Colorado Animal Rescue partners with Pets for Patriots to help veterans adopt companion dogs and cats.
In addition to pet adoption, the shelter has a food pantry for people who need extra help caring for their pets. The organization provides low-cost microchipping, spay/neuter vouchers, and bi-annual vaccine clinics. In an effort to end pet overpopulation in its community, Colorado Animal Rescue promotes responsible pet guardianship and humane education.
Colorado Animal Rescue welcomes monetary and in-kind donations. See their complete wish list for details. For a more hands on experience become one of their valued volunteers or fosters.
