Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center

About Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center

Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center and Shelter offers dog adoptions to veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots, and will help them find their new best friends.

The shelter provides many valuable services to the community in addition to pet adoption. It enforces state and local animal-related laws, responds to reports of dogs at large, dog bites, and livestock claims, issues dog licenses, and provides microchip services.

Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center and Shelter has many free, online tools to help new adopters with their pets, including pet safety tips and the importance of spay/neuter.

Monetary donations are welcome, as well as in-kind contributions of various pet-related and office supplies. See the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center and Shelter wish list for details.
