Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center and Shelter offers dog adoptions to Lancaster area veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots.

The shelter provides many valuable services to the community in addition to pet adoption. Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center and Shelter enforces state and local animal-related laws, responds to reports of dogs at large, dog bites, and livestock claims, issues dog licenses, and provides microchip services.
