Friends of Strays Animal Shelter (FOS) offers dog and cat adoptions to veterans in Pinellas County through its partnership with Pets for Patriots.
In addition to pet adoption, the shelter focuses on life saving programs promoting pet retention, community empowerment, and humane pet ownership education.
