About Furkids Dog Shelter
Furkids Animal Rescue offers dog and cat adoptions to Atlanta area veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots.
The organization has its primary cat shelter in Cumming and Furkids Dog Shelter in Alpharetta. Satellite locations in surrounding communities are for cat adoptions only.
Furkids welcomes monetary and in-kind donations, including a variety of pet supplies and cleaning products. See their complete wish list for details. For a more hands on experience, become one of their valued volunteers or pet fosters.
Adoption Fees Include:
- Age-appropriate vaccinations
- Deworming
- Flea/tick preventative
- Heartworm
- Microchip for permanent identification
- Spay/neuter
