About IndyHumane
IndyHumane offers dog and cat adoptions to Indianapolis area veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots.
The organization has offers a range of services, including resources for dog and cat behavior, pet lost and found assistance, low-cost vaccine and spay/neuter clinics, and affordable membership to their enclosed Pet Park.
IndyHumane welcomes in-kind donations from its wish list. For a more hands-on experience, become one of their valued volunteers or pet fosters.
Adoption Fees Include:
- Age-appropriate vaccinations
- Basic veterinary exam
- Behavior assessment
- FeLV/FIV test (cats age 6 months+)
- Flea/tick preventative
- Heartworm preventative (dogs age 8 weeks+)
- Heartworm test
- Microchip for permanent identification
- Spay/neuter
- Voucher for free health exam and up to $250 in care through local VCA clinic within first 2 weeks of adoption
