New Fairfield/Sherman Animal Welfare Society (NFSAW) partners with Pets for Patriots to help veterans in their community adopt companion dogs and cats.

The shelter aims to improve the lives of companion animals through advocacy, adoption, education, and sanctuary. New Fairfield/Sherman Animal Welfare Society works with the local Girl Scouts troop as part of its community outreach and to help support the shelter’s animals.
