About Norfolk SPCA

Norfolk SPCA partners with Pets for Patriots to help veterans in the Hampton Roads community adopt companion dogs and cats.

Founded in 1892, Norfolk SPCA offers a publicly available, low-cost veterinary clinic that provides vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, and other essential services. The shelter often saves animals at risk and provides these special needs cases with extensive medical and behavioral care to help them get adopted.

Norfolk SPCA welcomes monetary and in-kind donations; see their complete wish list for details. For a more hands on experience become one of their valued volunteers or fosters.
