Outer Banks SPCA

About Outer Banks SPCA

Outer Banks SPCA offers pet adoptions to veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots, and will help them find their new best friends.

In addition to pet adoption, Outer Banks SPCA operates a rabies vaccine clinic, and provides spay/neuter services and dog licensing. The organization manages Dare County Animal Care Services as well, which investigates animal cruelty and neglect complaints, and enforces state and local animal-related laws.

The shelter welcomes monetary donations as well as in-kind contributions of various pet-related and office supplies. See their complete wish list for details. For a more hands on experience become a valued Outer Banks SPCA volunteer or pet foster.
