Outer Banks SPCA

Outer Banks SPCA offers dog and cat adoptions to Manteo area veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots.

In addition to pet adoption, Outer Banks SPCA operates a rabies vaccine clinic, and provides spay/neuter services and dog licensing. The organization manages Dare County Animal Care Services as well, which investigates animal cruelty and neglect complaints, and enforces state and local animal-related laws.
