About Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society

Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society works with Pets for Patriots to help veterans adopt companion dogs and cats.

In addition to adoption, Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society runs publicly available clinics offering low-cost spay/neuter and basic veterinary care. The organization maintains a pet food pantry, a safety net temporary pet foster program, and support for pet behavior needs.

Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society welcomes monetary and in-kind donations. See their wish list for details. Apply to volunteer or be a pet foster for a more engaged experience.
