Roanoke Valley SPCA partners with Pets for Patriots to help veterans adopt companion dogs and cats.
The shelter offers various programs in addition to pet adoption. Roanoke Valley SPCA offers behavioral support for newly adopted pets and crisis intervention services to keep people and pets together. Humane education and scouting programs aim to teach people of all ages about responsible pet care and advocacy.
