Patriot interview: Eddie, Kyla and Waffles

Eddie, Army veteran, lives in North Carolina. In 2018, he adopted a then 2 year-old Retriever/Lab/Collie mix named Kyla from SPCA of the Triad.  In January 2019, he adopted a Calico named Waffles from the same shelter. 1/2019 Kyla is still onboard and loving life. We found a nice older cat that needs a home at the same SPCA we adopted Kyla from. She was found in the parking lot of a Waffle House so of course her name is Waffles. Waffles is 5 1/2 years old. Hooah! (sorry can't say Semper Fi) Eddie 4/2018 Kyla has been a god-send. She has acclimated to our home perfectly and is already a member of the family. She is so content that she doesn't even try to escape.
