PAUL CONVERSE
DIRECTOR
Paul Converse brings more than 35 years of Fortune 100 experience to his role as director, including expertise in strategic planning, sales management, training, category management, trade and customer development, and budget responsibility.
After graduating from Princeton University, Paul joined the Procter & Gamble Company, and subsequently worked for PepsiCo prior to joining the pet experts at Nestle Purina. In this last role, he served as the vice president/director of Purina’s Veterinary Division.
Paul retired in July 2014 after a successful 29-year career with Purina.
During his long tenure in the pet care industry, Paul found that developing a passion for pets was easy. He credits his commitment to our armed forces to the stories he was told and lessons learned from his father and two uncles, all of whom served in WWII and shared their experiences with Paul when he was a young boy. His dedication to companion pets and our military men and women is a winning combination for Pets for Patriots.
Paul and Margie, his wife of 33 years, reside in Pennsylvania near their three children and “grand puppy” Tinca. In 2014 Paul joined the Board as Director.
