Shon Crewe is a business innovator and strategist whose dynamic career combines leadership with expertise in sports media, strategic partnerships, and enterprise business development.

For years, Shon has been instrumental in shaping the golf landscape, most recently through her work with Golf NIL, a media and data analytics venture focused on empowering junior and collegiate golfers in the evolving landscape of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).

Prior to that, she was the creator and host of one of the Pacific Northwest’s longest-running golf shows, broadcasting on ESPN Radio (710 ESPN, Seattle Sports) in the nation’s 10th-largest radio market, where she covered professional and collegiate golf, amplifying top regional talent.

With more than two decades of experience spearheading high-impact partnership initiatives, Shon developed a groundbreaking benefit program that supported thousands, ultimately becoming a solution utilized by one of the world’s largest brands.

Shon studied at Seattle University, where she was a student-athlete, and attended Gonzaga University for graduate school. She and her husband are parents to two rescue dogs, Brooklyn and Seve.
