Dorff seeks an adventuresome home with people who love to train!
The basics
- My name is Dorff
- On my last birthday, I was 3
- I am a boy
- I've been homeless since September 12, 2025
The good stuff
- My best trick is waiting patiently for food. It's not easy, I tell ya!
- Me in three words: playful, goofy, affectionate
- How I feel about other critters: sometimes I get a little too excited for other dogs, but that's just the Boxer in me. I haven't met a cat yet, so probably best to call them a big 'nah.'
- My absolute favorite thing to do in the world is to play! I'm excellent at fetch—not so much at retrieve—and I like to play in the water as well. I know that's two favorite things, but c'mon! Throw a fella a bone.
- This is what I dream about when I dream about my perfect person or family: a household where my active family is always ready for adventure! I dream of humans who love long walks, fast games, and exploring new places with me. I need a strong handler who understands my big feelings and even bigger energy. Someone patient, experienced, and excited to teach me new things. In my perfect home training isn’t a chore; it’s our favorite bonding time. That’s where I thrive, where I feel safe, and where I get to be the best version of me. Mostly I want humans who share my zest for life, and want to experience all life has to offer—with me!
