Anne Arundel County Animal Services offers dog and cat adoptions to Annapolis veterans through its partnership with Pets for Patriots.

In addition to adoption, the shelter enforces all animal-related laws, investigates cruelty and abuse, and helps reunite people with their lost pets. Anne Arundel County Animal Services promotes the humane treatment of both domestic and wildlife in the county. Maryland residents can receive low-cost rabies vaccinations and microchip through the shelter.
