About LifeLine at Fulton County Animal Services

LifeLine at Fulton County Animal Services partners with Pets for Patriots to help Atlanta area veterans adopt companion dogs and cats. The open admission shelter is managed by Lifeline Animal Project.

In addition to offering companion pet adoption, LifeLine at Fulton County Animal Services provides pet reclaim services for lost animals, and the promotion of spay/neuter and responsible pet guardianship.

LifeLine at Fulton County Animal Services welcomes monetary donations, as well as in-kind contributions. See their complete wish list for details. For a more hands on experience become one of their valued volunteers or pet fosters.

Adoption Fees Include:

Age-appropriate vaccinations
FeLV/FIV test (cats)
Flea/tick preventative (only given for their time at the shelter, once adopted it is the adopter’s responsibility).
Heartworm preventative (only given for their time at the shelter, once adopted it is the adopter’s responsibility).
Heartworm test
Licensing
Microchip for permanent identification
Pet food (a bag of transition food)
Spay/neuter
